Blessed, Indeed.

Joey & I dreamed of joining the Holy Land Pilgrimage led by Bo Sanchez.  And for me it will be perfect if we could join in 2015 because our 25th wedding anniversary will be on Sept. 5, 2015.  Yes, we married early at age 21.   The thought of renewing our marriage vows at Cana excited me even more.   So in 2012, we started to save money for it.  It was challenging.  But in 2014, Joey opted for early retirement and so funding the trip is already taken care of.

However, we were faced with another challenge.   Bo’s Holy Land Pilgrimage alternates with a Marian Pilgrimage and when I inquired, they’ve just come back from the Holy Land Pilgrimage that year.  I was saddened by that but in my heart, I was praying, “Lord, please sana matuloy.”  We were almost giving up on our “wedding at Cana” dream when Marowe, Bo’s wife, called and said that because of a Feast Anniversary in Dubai, they’ve decided to string it with a Holy Land Pilgrimage in February and also have the Marian Pilgrimage by May of 2015.

Halleluiah!  God is good!
